What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at 500 pieces for most bag categories — perfect for startups, events, corporate gifting, or retail launches. For very customised products (laminated, multi-colour embroidery) MOQ may be 1,000 pieces.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard production lead-time is 10–15 business days for 500–5,000 pieces after sample approval. Larger runs (10,000+) take 20–25 days. We confirm exact delivery date when you confirm the order.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We make a physical pre-production sample at our cost (for standard designs) or a nominal charge (for custom artwork). You approve the sample at your doorstep before we start bulk production.

Do you ship pan-India?
Yes. We deliver across India via trusted courier & transport partners. For orders above 5,000 pieces we coordinate direct transport. Export orders are packed with full documentation.
What materials do you make bags in?
Cotton (canvas & light), jute (natural & printed), PVC, non-woven, polyester and eco-alternatives. See our shop for current options.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes — we have export-ready packaging, documentation and have served partners across the Middle East, UK and Africa. Contact us for export pricing.
How do I pay?
50% advance to confirm the order (after sample approval) + 50% before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. For new partners we can discuss letter of credit or milestone payments on bulk orders.
